The institution receives the outcome
LANGUAGECERT communicates a formal validity outcome when an investigation affects the result.

Questions from admissions teams

Do online and test centre exams use the same security controls?

They use the same overall integrity framework, but delivery-specific controls address different risks. Online exams rely on biometric identity checks, secure software, live proctoring and a second camera. High-Stakes Test Centres rely on face-to-face document checks, controlled equipment and rooms, workstation monitoring, central oversight and audits.

How should our university verify a LANGUAGECERT Academic result?

Use the logged-in Score Verification System. An authorised user can search for the candidate, review the official result and retain a verification history. If your institution does not yet have access, request an administrator account through the institutional form.

What happens when LANGUAGECERT finds malpractice?

The Quality team reviews the available evidence and applies proportionate action. Depending on the case, LANGUAGECERT may withhold or invalidate a result, recall a certificate, restrict a candidate’s future testing, or suspend or terminate a test centre. Relevant third parties can be informed when action affects them.

Who makes the final decision on a flagged exam?

Trained people make final decisions. Technology and data analysis help identify patterns that require attention, while Quality specialists assess the evidence in context.
