Vous pouvez reprogrammer les examens réservés de deux manières :

Comment puis-je annuler et demander un remboursement pour un examen SELT LanguageCert ?
  1. Si vous avez acheté un chèque SELT sans réserver de date d'examen spécifique, vous pouvez demander un remboursement complet dans les 14 jours calendrier à compter de l'achat. Il vous suffit de contacter le service client de LanguageCert à l'adresse selt@languagecert.org ou aux numéros de téléphone SELT dédiés disponibles sur https://selt.languagecert.org/support
  2. Si vous avez réservé une date d'examen spécifique, vous pouvez demander un remboursement en remplissant le « Formulaire de demande de remboursement », qui doit être soumis au service clientèle de LanguageCert à l'adresse selt@languagecert.org.

Remboursements :

  • Jusqu'à 72 heures avant l'examen : Remboursement de 50 %
  • Moins de 72 heures avant l'examen : aucun remboursement (en cas d'urgence, un remboursement de 50% s'applique)
