LanguageCert, a member of the PeopleCert Group, is excited to launch the first LanguageCert Post Graduate Research Awards!  
 
Open to PhD candidates and Master students, the LanguageCert Post Graduate Research Awards support and recognise the contribution of high-quality research in the field of English language testing and assessment.  
 
The winners will be selected by the LanguageCert Research Team, a dedicated internal research and validation team, made up of experts in the field of language assessment. 
 
The programme is open to PhD candidates and Master students that have submitted their PhD thesis or Master dissertation in Language Assessment after 31st August 2021. The thesis or dissertation needs to be written in English. 
 
There are two award categories; The MA Research Award Category where two awards will be offered to the top two Master Dissertations on English Language Testing and the PhD Research Award Category where three awards will be offered to the top three PhD Theses on English Language Testing.  

MA Research Award Category  

• First Award: £ 2,000  
• Second Award: £ 1,000 

PhD Research Award Category

• First Award: £ 4,000
• Second Award: £ 2,000
• Third Award: £ 1,000

 
Submit your application by 31 October 2022.
 
The winners will be announced mid December 2022.
