Our amazing teachers are the responsible for carrying out creative and dynamic lessons. English programmes at Mountlands are designed to motivate students to speak and use the language in an enjoyable and rewarding way.
Students use a wide variety of techniques in each lesson to help develop their speaking, listening, pronunciation and vocabulary skills. Students also participate in role plays and project activities which engage them in real communication.
Whether students are here for 4 nights or 4 weeks, our teaching, homestay and activity teams strive to get them excited and confident about speaking in English, discovering British traditions and exploring the area. Our aim is to encourage students to continue their English learning journey and let it open many doors in life for them.
During their stay in Mountlands, our students will be able to experience a great selection of activities, as well as fun day trips to cities within the UK. All of our staff are passionate about making our junior students’ stays as fun and memorable as possible, using technology in the classroom to deliver dynamic and appropriate conversational learning content to our students.
To stimulate our learners’ creativity and build their confidence and self-esteem, we give them the opportunity to assess their English language skills once they are ready, taking the LanguageCert International ESOL exams.
