A step-by-step guide is sent by email. LanguageCert’s exam software is compatible with both Windows and Mac.

Prepare exam space
A quiet room, internet connection, computer, headphones, webcam and ID. Expertly trained invigilators guide candidates through the exam process.

Online exam requirements
- Valid Government issued ID
- A quiet room with no distractions, sufficient light and a clean desk
- External or integrated webcam able to rotate 360-degrees
- Earplugs or headphones
- Screen width of minimum 15” with a resolution of 1024x768 or higher
- Windows®: 10, 8.1 or 8.
- Apple: MacOS Yosemite (10.10), El Capitan (10.11) or Sierra (10.12)
- Internet connection of at least 512/512 kbps (up/down)
