Policies & Procedures

To ensure quality and fitness-for-purpose of its processes, qualifications and examinations and adherence to regulatory requirements, LanguageCert abides by strict, publicly available policies and procedures. Each policy also clearly outlines LanguageCert Approved Test Centre responsibilities and the procedures that Centres are required to follow. Our policies and procedures are reviewed, as a minimum, annually, as part of LanguageCert’s self-evaluation arrangements and may also be revised from time to time in response to centre and/or candidate feedback or requests, or good practice guidance issued by the regulatory authorities and LanguageCert’s governing bodies.
