Klarna FAQs

Is Klarna available in all countries?

No. Klarna is offered for LANGUAGECERT exam purchases in selected countries. Availability depends on your country, currency, and order value. If eligible, Klarna will appear automatically at checkout.

Specifically, Pay in 3 is available only in certain European countries, while other regions may only display Pay in 30 days or no Klarna option at all.

Is there a minimum or maximum order value for Klarna?

Yes. Klarna applies minimum and maximum order limits, which vary by country and payment option. You don’t need to check these limits yourself, as Klarna will appear automatically at checkout if your order qualifies.

Why don’t I see Klarna at checkout?

You may not see Klarna if:

  • It is not available in your country or region
  • Your order value is outside the allowed limits
  • The order does not meet the eligibility criteria (assessed in real time by Klarna)
  • Some products or services do not qualify
Are Klarna payments interest-free?

Yes. All Klarna options we offer are interest-free, as long as payments are made on time. Klarna may apply late fees if payments are missed, according to their terms. View terms here.

Will Klarna perform a credit check?

Klarna may perform a soft eligibility check, depending on your country and the option selected.

Can I cancel a purchase made with Klarna?

Yes. Cancellations follow our standard cancellation policy. You may cancel your purchase by submitting a written request within 14 days of your initial payment.

For exams, cancellations are permitted within 14 days of purchase if no exam date has been booked. If an exam date has been booked, cancellation is allowed within 14 days of purchase, provided the exam date is at least 14 days away. Once we process your request, Klarna will update or refund your payment accordingly.

How do refunds work with Klarna?

After we process your refund, Klarna will:

  • Adjust your outstanding balance, or
  • Refund any payments already made

How long your refund takes depends on your country and payment method.
